COVID-19 PCR test mandatory for all Etihad Airways flights.
As of August 1, guests flying with Etihad Airways from any airport around the world to all destinations must undergo a COVID-19 PCR test. The test must be performed 96 hours before arriving in Abu Dhabi. Guests should always check the travel rules for their final destination before flying at etihad.com/destinationguide.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the COVID-19 PCR test.
Guests traveling to Abu Dhabi as their final destination before July 31, must continue to have ICA approval and present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued by an approved clinic at check-in.
About the COVID-19 PCR Test:
Guests will only be able to fly if the COVID-19 PCR test result is negative. The test result must be released by an approved Pure Health medical facility – test results from other clinics will not be accepted. Guests must arrive in Abu Dhabi within 96 hours of taking the test.

Guests must arrive in Abu Dhabi within 96 hours of taking the test and must submit the test result for validation at check-in. Guests should print test results and keep them handy while traveling.
